Positivity Challenge

A friend of mine, Zach Gordon, sent me a Facebook challenge yesterday. Now most of you are probably rolling your eyes thinking its one of those cheesy FB post. This one is different and it’s game on Zach! Most of you know how important I think it is to write a gratitude journal each day…well, this is similar. 5 Day Positivity Challenge is to write three positive things for the day (in public not just in your journal) and ask 3 others to do the same. What I like about this is seeing people be vunerable and post what’s positive in your life and I love that this could go viral. I believe if everyone would do this on their walls for 5 days it could change people’s perspective of focusing in on the negative and make a huge positive impact on many others.
